Description
White Truffle infused oil combines premium Italian olive oil and Sabatino’s all-natural white truffle extract derived from our proprietary steam extraction process. The flavor is reminiscent of garlic with earthy notes. Use as a finishing oil to drizzle a few drops onto eggs, pasta, pizza, risotto, potatoes, polenta, meats and fish. Can also be used for marinades and salad dressings.

Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh.
